B-TROX - Systematically Secure

To make sure dealing with NITROX is as safe and easy as possible, BAUER delivers a complete ready-to-use membrane system to produce NITROX:

A low pressure compressor or a storage bank combined with a pressure reducer deliver oil-free air with a pressure of 6 to 8 bar to the B-TROX membrane unit.

The B-Trox membrane unit includes a refrigerative dryer, a filter unit and the nitrogen membrane.

The refrigerative dryer guarantees a constant temperature of the air, which then flows through a filter unit into the nitrogen membrane.

In the nitrogen membrane the proportion of oxygen in the air is increased (NITROX 32 to NITROX 36, optional to NITROX 40) by splitting the nitrogen.

The NITROX-mixture with atmospherical pressure (0 bar) reaches via a regulating unit into the high pressure compressor with a particular NITROX block.
There the NITROX is then compressed to 200 bar final pressure and subsequently filled into authorized NITROX vessels.

B-TROX

1 - Supply of oil-free air

via a BAUER oilless block or a ROTORCOMP screw compressor or a BAUER storage bank at the B-TROX membrane.

If a storage bank is used, no additional oilfree low-pressure compressor is required. It can be fed via the BAUER high pressure compressor.

2 - NITROX production

Plug and Fill:
Connect the B-TROX membrane unit via the admission pressure connection to the low pressure compressor / storage bank and via the high pressure connection to the high pressure compressor - finished!
